Traditional tires require higher tire pressures to support the weight of agricultural machinery during operation. However, higher tire pressures reduce the tire-soil contact area, which can easily compact the soil, disrupting its structure and affecting crop root growth and soil permeability. Linglong VF ultra-low-pressure tires, however, can still meet the load requirements of agricultural machinery at pressures as low as 0.6-1.0 bar. This significantly increases the tire-soil contact area and reduces the ground contact pressure, effectively reducing soil compaction and protecting the soil's topsoil structure.
This larger contact patch also enhances tire grip, effectively preventing agricultural machinery from slipping even in wet and muddy fields, ensuring smooth operation. Furthermore, the VF ultra-low-pressure tires offer excellent sidewall flex, allowing for greater sidewall deformation during operation, allowing them to better adapt to uneven field terrain and further improving the maneuverability and operational stability of agricultural machinery.
To allow visitors to more directly experience the product's performance, Linglong Tire set up a product experience area at its booth.
